Figured this rainy day and night would get them to start coming out and about, had to go on a night walk to see who’s around. Saw around 6 Wood Frogs (one of which is in photo below; none calling yet), 2 Spring Peepers (lots more calling), and 6 Spotted Salamanders. It’s just the beginning though!

@caseyliss I’m searching for Tron in Callsheet and the results are a bit strange. It’s giving me the movie from ‘82, then actors, then the TV show from ‘12 at the bottom. TRON: Legacy only shows if I add : to my search which doesn’t help when I couldn’t remember the full name. How could I have searched for that better?

I was scrolling the @indivisibleteam feed on bluesky and saw this post.
It made me realize that every group that's organizing these local protests should have someone in charge of #accessibility, both in-person accessibility and making sure those who can't attend have ways to participate as well.
I'm sure a lot of the more experienced and well organized groups are already doing this. It's something I'm gonna look into doing myself locally.

The Tarantula Nebula, in the Large Magellanic Cloud, is the largest star-forming region nearby. Spanning 1,000 light-years, it would dwarf Orion if closer. Its arms encircle NGC 2070, a cluster with massive stars and recent supernovae.
